about

“Some tracks written for my live set at one of Sydney’s longest running club nights, Mad Racket, in ‘19. Been sitting on them for a year or so now trying to decide what to do with them, with things opening up a little I thought it would be nice to give them a proper mix and let them out into the world. I decided to include a track written that same year with my friend/former partner in music and DJing, Jon Watts. The track, Transition State, reminds me of the music we would play together in our usual opening slots. A long, meditative piece to ease people into the dance - with that in mind, it felt like a nice way to open this EP. I hope you enjoy them.

Shout out to Cale's Dad for leaving his Strat in the studio and to Simon for inviting me to play at Racket."
